Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain focused on the work provided. You will play a key role in maintaining behaviour standards, supporting student engagement, and keeping lessons running smoothly across different subjects and year groups.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher
* Ensure students remain on task with set work
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide clear instructions to support student understanding
* Report any concerns or incidents to relevant staff
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people is desirable
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Confident, calm and adaptable approach
* Ability to work across different subjects and year groups
* A genuine interest in supporting education and student progress
