Burnley Medical Practice are looking for a GPs to join us.
Burnley Medical Practice is a modern and well-maintained surgery who provide care for a wide variety of diverse patients with sufficient parking and a community café. Our practice is easily accessible with close proximity to Central Middlesex Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital and a walk-in blood service at Willesden Medical Centre.
Our practice is situated in Willesden centre for health and care which offers a variety of additional services such as Ophthalmology, Diabetic Eye Screening, Podiatry, an Ultrasound service and a Health visitor for children as well as a pharmacy. We have excellent team morale with manageable, shared working patterns and weekly meetings. We offer a competitive salary. We encourage development and training and have monthly educational meetings.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside an energetic group of professionals such as Physician associates, a health care assistant, a practice nurse. You will also be collaborating closely with the Primary Care Network Team who provide great resources and support from PCN pharmacists, a social prescriber, a dietician a physiotherapist and a mental health nurse. Situated near to the practice, you will find a gym, local shops and restaurants and a country park.
Our GPs, patients and practice teams benefit from innovative tech and workflow management processes. This approach improves patient access and hugely streamlines administrative tasks, freeing up GPs to focus on clinical work with the support of highly-trained multi-disciplinary teams.
With mentorship, support, in-house learning and development, and multiple leadership opportunities, our GPs are encouraged to reach their true potential. We can support with a Tier 2 visa if required, subject to approval by the GMC and GP Performers List
