L&D Partner
Hospitality
Hybrid Working (2 days per week in office, Buckinghamshire)
Up to £60,000 total package
SP Exec is a specialist hospitality recruitment partner, working with multi-site operators across the UK. We are currently supporting a well-established national hospitality business to appoint an L&D Partner to drive the execution of its leadership and talent strategy.
This is a visible, field-based role focused on embedding development programmes, strengthening succession pipelines and partnering closely with operational leaders to raise capability across the estate.
The Role
* Deliver and embed the leadership development calendar across a multi-site estate
* Lead the rollout of a structured high-potential programme from identification to completion
* Partner with Regional Operational leaders to identify and develop emerging talent
* Facilitate development sessions and manage external providers where required
* Support succession planning and performance review processes
* Track and report on programme engagement, impact and internal progression
Regular national travel is required, including occasional overnight stays.
About You
* Experience in L&D, Talent or as an HR Business Partner with strong development exposure
* Background in a multi-site hospitality or operational environment
* Confident influencing senior operational stakeholders
* Strong facilitator with commercial awareness
* Comfortable using data to measure impact
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
