Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services and dispensing.
* Advise on over‑the‑counter medicines and minor ailments.
* Assist with stock rotation and replenishment.
* Help deliver a variety of public health services.
* Assist with pharmacy operations as part of a Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship (BALDOCK).
Qualifications Required
GCSEs at A‑C or 4‑9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
Training to be Provided
Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills, if required.
Future Prospects
Opportunity to gain a pharmacy qualification and advance within the pharmacy sector.
Salary and Locations
* £7.55 per hour.
* Position available within 35 minutes of the pharmacy; driving required.
