Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker in the West Midlands. This is to work in a Fostering and Kinship Team
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and supervising Kinship Foster Carers
* Provide regular supervision, guidance, and emotional support to foster carers
* Help carers offer safe, stable, and therapeutic care to children, with a trauma-informed approach
* Empower carers to meet the needs of the children placed with them, promoting positive development and stability
* Ensuring carers are supported to address any barriers to training and development in their fostering role
