About The Role
Salary: £24,700 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Braintree with travel required across Mid Essex
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

As an Inclusive Employment Sustainment Officer, you'll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, achieve sustainable employment.
You will hold a caseload of customers in employment and maintain communication with all stakeholders to support their ongoing journey.

About You
To be considered as Inclusive Employment Sustainment Officer, you need:
* Experience of supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
* To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
* Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to problem solve and make decisions
* An understanding of or experience of using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) is desirable
