The Accelerated Sales Program is designed to fast-track the development of new Outside Sales Representatives/Account Managers over 6-12 months, working closely with sales leaders to build skills, relationships, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
1. Participating in classroom, independent, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, and sales strategies.
2. Preparing and executing account plans.
3. Selling White Cap's value proposition and products.
4. Learning effective sales techniques through ride-alongs with experienced managers.
5. Processing customer orders.
6. Performing additional duties as assigned.
This role involves operating a company or personal vehicle more than 80% of the workweek, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or 1-2 years of sales experience.
* Strong communication skills and team interaction.
* Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and independent.
* Competitive, goal-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
