We are seeking a high performing Technical Recruiter (6 Months) to support rapid scaling across our defence technology programmes. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you will manage high hiring volumes across technical and operational positions, ensuring we meet critical project timelines. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and project teams to attract, assess, and onboard talent in a secure and highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across defence and technology functions Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality standards Source candidates using multiple channels Screen and assess candidates efficiently, ensuring alignment with role requirements and security criteria Coordinate interviews, offer processes, and onboarding activities Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular reporting on hiring progress Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and recruitment best practices Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs Key Requirements Proven experience in high-volume / fast-paced recruitment environments Experience recruiting within defence, engineering, or technology sectors Strong understanding of UK security clearance processes Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment metrics Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Desirable Experience working in a consultancy or government-aligned environment Familiarity with contingent workforce or project-based hiring Due to the nature of our work you must have sole British nationality.
