We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective merchandising and display strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be located within 15 miles of the advertised area and have a full UK driving licence plus use of their own vehicle.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
* Sales of goods via the shop floor
* Maintaining point-of-sale placement and stock replenishment
* Conducting audits to ensure compliance with company standards
You will also be responsible for creating visually impactful displays that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your strong relationships with store colleagues and managers will enable you to effectively communicate sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
