What You Do
As a Care Assistant, you will do the following:
* Help those who are moving from the hospital back to their homes
* Help those who use your services get their independence and confidence back
* Give care according to the individualised care plans
* Support with:
o Taking care of yourself
o Giving medicine
o Keeping an eye on vital indicators
o Support for exercise and rehabilitation
o Household chores
o Talk to healthcare experts like district nurses and pharmacies
* Our mission is to help people get better, reach their full potential, and live on their own
Hours of Work
Shifts from 7:00 AM till 8:30 PM
Contracts for full‑time work (up to 40 hours a week)
Pay and Benefits
* Paid training and a DBS check
* Career advancement (Level 2 and 3 diplomas, specialised training)

* Permanent switch visa sponsorship is available for the right candidates
What You Need
* You must have a full UK driving licence and be able to drive your own car
* Experience in home care is recommended (at least one year), but not required because comprehensive training will be given in person
* Able to read and follow care plans
* Able to operate alone and with others as part of a team
* Basic computer abilities for making reports and keeping records
* The ability to work different shifts to satisfy the needs of service users
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with customers, families, and healthcare providers
