Deliver group wide ER operational excellence through coaching, guiding line managers and HR teams with all ER related activities. Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all day-to-day activities. Inspire HR and wider teams to create an environment which drives colleague engagement and minimises ER cases. Define and Interpret MI to establish effective reporting, tracking and logging of all ER cases.
