Job Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead a well-established community pharmacy in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused pharmacist with strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations while delivering high-quality clinical and customer services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and company policies
Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care
Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Provide professional advice and clinical services to patients and healthcare professionals
Drive pharmacy performance, service delivery, and patient satisfaction
Manage stock control, ordering, and financial performance of the pharmacy
Build and maintain strong relationships with local GP surgeries and healthcare providers
Deliver and promote NHS and private services, including health checks and consultations
Requirements
MPharm degree or equivalent
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Proven experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership experience
Strong organisational and people management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
