Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a strong engineering foundation and proven experience in end-to-end product development, ideally within industries such as:
* Medical Devices (e.g. ophthalmic lasers, surgical equipment)
* Semiconductor Equipment (e.g. lithography, wafer inspection)
* Industrial Laser Systems (e.g. micromachining, engraving)
* Scientific or Optical Instrumentation (e.g. microscopy, spectroscopy)
This Industry experience is a must have!

About You
You're someone who thrives in small, high‑performing teams. You love technical challenges and the satisfaction of delivering tangible results. You bring:
* 5+ years of experience in technical project management, following hands‑on engineering roles
* Familiarity with structured project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
* Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and stakeholders in a matrix setup
* Confidence leading stand‑ups, reviews, and project delivery meetings
Bonus if you’ve worked with laser, optics or photonics technology, or have knowledge of ISO9001, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma approaches.
A professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP) would be a welcome addition to your toolkit — but transferable experience matters most.
