Injection Moulding Technician
🌙 Permanent Night Shift | 💷 £15 per hour + Shift Allowance
Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Technician who enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of night shift production?
Our client, based in the Birmingham area, is seeking a skilled technician to become the technical lead on their night shift, ensuring high-quality, right-first-time manufacture and smooth running of injection moulding operations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Setting and conditioning injection mould tools
* Troubleshooting faults and responding to machine alarms
* Maintaining quality standards and processing parameters
* Supervising night shift activity and supporting operators
* Preparing auxiliary and assembly equipment
* Recording production data and ensuring full traceability
* Supporting continuous improvement and best practice
What They’re looking for:
* At least 3 years’ experience in injection moulding
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
* IMT Level 2 (or working towards)
* A proactive, quality-driven mindset
* Comfortable working nights and taking responsibility on shift
What’s on offer:
* £15.00 per hour + £3.00 per hour night shift allowance
* Monday–Friday night shift
