The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Risk & Compliance, you'll play a key part in supporting our risk and compliance roadmap. This is a
field-based role with national travel
, requiring regular time on-site with operations teams and occasional visits to head office in Leeds.
Your role will focus on audits, investigations, and driving a culture of compliance — helping us raise standards and keep both our people and our clients safe.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead incident investigations, including those requiring RIDDOR reporting
* Conduct audits and provide actionable feedback across sites nationwide
* Maintain and update compliance documentation (ACS, ISO, COP119)
* Support Business Continuity Plans and ensure teams are prepared
* Audit and refresh Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments
* Carry out scheduled and unplanned
frontline visits
to embed best practice
* Proactively identify improvement opportunities to strengthen compliance
* Support vetting and screening processes in line with ACS obligations
What We're Looking For
SIA Frontline Licence – mandatory
Experience in security operations, audits, or investigations
Knowledge of ACS Scheme, BS7858, and PSIA (2001)
IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification (preferred)
Strong communication and influencing skills — confident to challenge where needed
A self-starter and people person who thrives on autonomy
Flexible to travel nationally (own vehicle required) and attend Leeds weekly
