About the Role, As a Dual Nursery Manager, you will:
* Co‑lead and inspire a large, busy nursery team
* Ensure high‑quality childcare and strong EYFS delivery
* Maintain compliance, safety, and safeguarding standards
* Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational efficiency
* Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
* Support staff development and promote a positive, high‑performing culture
About You, We’re looking for a confident and passionate leader who:
* Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Is commercially aware and committed to delivering outstanding early years education
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑occupancy environment
