As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an experienced and confident Project Manager to join their talented team. The Role As Project Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact from initial client brief through to final delivery, managing all aspects of the project with precision, professionalism, and a creative touch. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and onsite crew to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard — on time, on budget, and on point. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept to completion Design and specify AV solutions across a range of event types Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and onsite teams (including freelancers) Operate and supervise equipment builds and breakdowns onsite Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular, professional communication Support equipment planning, maintenance, and procurement alongside the operations team Contribute to the development of best practices and technical excellence within the team Carry out warehouse prep, testing, and post-event support when required What They’re Looking For Proven project management experience in live events or AV Strong knowledge of industry kit: audio, lighting, video (LED, processing), rigging & staging Confident in client-facing situations and managing live teams onsite Working knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp) Skilled in Microsoft Office and general project documentation Familiar with industry suppliers, tech trends, and equipment best practices Able to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve under pressure Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Adaptable, self-motivated, and a natural team leader Bonus Skills (Not Essential) IPAF, forklift or telehandler certification First Aid certification About Disrupt Talent We’re specialists in recruiting standout talent for the live events and exhibitions industry.
