Overview
Veny have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, and forward thinking project coordinator to join a talented professional management team in our busy Haslingden office.
The Project co-ordinator is responsible for the Scheduling, Coordination and Reporting on Veny internal operatives and suppliers, on multi-site work activities within the wireless telecommunications space.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
· Tracking and processing client work instructions from pre construction to handover
· Scheduling of work activities for Veny operatives and suppliers
· Forecasting prevailing work schedules, dependencies and completions
· Ensuring Client SLA's & KPI's are adhered to
· Arranging access with Site Providers prior to site visits.
· Attending conference calls with the client to provide updates as/when required
· Filing electronic project documents
· Creating Job Communication Groups and saving data
· Support the creation of H&S information for job packs and work activities
· Ensure all permits, outages and other dependencies are in place as required
· Coordinating deliveries with suppliers and site staff
· Production of Handover Packs (HOPS)
· Processing of Timesheets
· Deputising for the construction / delivery manager as required

* Flexibility in a changing environment and the ability to prioritise a changing workload
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of Excel including understanding and generating exception reports to manage and track workload, activities and dependencies. MS Outlook, Teams and Power Point.
* Detail oriented and accurate
* Self-motivated
* Articulate and a good, confident communicator
* Ability to work within a team using efficient communication
Hours and environment
· You will based in our Haslingden (Lancs) Office
· Your hours will usually be 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.
· Holiday entitlement will be 20 days plus bank holidays.
· You will be entitled to join the pension scheme
