Requirements
* Experience leading and managing product designers, fostering growth and ensuring quality.
* Ability to connect ideas and switch contexts across initiatives.
* Inspiring leadership that aligns with company and product strategies.
* Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
* Ability to provide constructive feedback and support career growth.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and user-centered passion.
Nice to have: Familiarity with gaming, esports, and the competitive gaming landscape.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 designers within FACEIT’s core product teams.
* Collaborate with product managers to define problems, deliverables, and timelines.
* Balance leadership with hands-on design contributions.
* Manage the design process and champion user experience throughout product development.
* Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and teams.
* Research design trends and technologies to stay ahead.
* Analyze user feedback and data to improve design solutions continuously.
