Billing Coordinator - Permanent Chippenham (Hybrid after probation) | £25,000-£28,000 DOE | Permanent Are you a spreadsheet whizz with a knack for organisation and a flair for working across teams? Ready to roll your sleeves up in a vibrant, fast-growing services business where no two days are the same? This could be your perfect next step. As a Billing Coordinator, you'll join a buzzing business solutions team (think managed services, engineers, and more), owning the monthly customer billing process. You'll be looking after £2.5M worth of annuity services-no pressure, but we know you've got this! You'll liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure everything adds up-literally. Expect to work closely with Sales, Finance, and Ops while using tools like Excel, Navision, SAP, and CRM platforms (don't worry, we'll get you up to speed). What You'll Be Doing: Processing recurring billing (like mobile phone-style monthly payments) Managing customer queries-phone confidence is a must! Working with internal platforms and ready-to-go spreadsheets Spotting and resolving any billing issues or credits Improving processes where you see a smarter way What We're Looking For: Finance or customer service/admin experience (or a mix of both!) Excel savvy and confident with numbers Super organised with a proactive, can-do attitude Bubbly, approachable and not afraid to speak up or ask questions Someone who thrives on teamwork but can fly solo when needed Grad-level talent welcome-team fit and attitude matter most.
