Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for tenants with tenancy queries or concerns Carry out tenancy visits, audits, and welfare checks Assist in the management of anti-social behaviour and low-level tenancy breaches Support tenants to sustain their tenancies, including signposting to support services Keep accurate records and liaise with internal teams and external partners Contribute to estate inspections and neighbourhood walkabouts Ideal Candidate: Strong background in customer service or resident engagement Some experience or exposure to social housing (e.g. through work, volunteering, or studies) Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A positive, empathetic, and proactive approach Full UK driving licence ADZN1_UKTJ
