Police Staff Investigator PIP Level 2 – HC619095
Location: Southampton
Contract: Temporary (Fixed Term Contract)

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are looking for experienced investigators based in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight willing to travel to locations including Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, or the Isle of Wight to be part of a professional and dedicated team carrying out a wide variety of investigations.
Your duties will include statement taking, CCTV review, suspect interviewing, TICs, intelligence interviews, file building, disclosure, and attending court as OIC, including giving evidence.
You will also assist with case progression tasks such as disclosure reviews, redacting, reviewing third-party data, and document scheduling.
Qualified to PIP2 or equivalent, with experience in investigative roles, knowledge of Criminal Law and Justice procedures, preferably with a background as Detective Constable, Sergeant, Inspector, Police Staff Investigator, or Civilian Investigator.
This role suits experienced investigators seeking flexible work.
If successful, you will undergo a 6-day induction at Netley, near Southampton.

Essential Qualifications
