As an Azure Customer Success Manager, you’ll help customers unlock the full potential of Azure. You’ll guide them through adopting new workloads, improving cost efficiency, strengthening security and driving continuous optimisation across their environments.
This role suits someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of cloud. You’ll collaborate with account managers, technical teams and Microsoft to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and measurable growth for the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Engaging customers to drive Azure adoption, workshops and managed services
• Delivering cost optimisation and security reviews to demonstrate tangible value
• Supporting migrations to modern Microsoft agreements such as CSP
• Partnering with Microsoft and internal teams to identify new workloads and co-sell opportunities
• Representing the business at customer events, webinars and forums
• Identifying adoption gaps and growth opportunities through data and insight
• Promoting FinOps practices and Marketplace solutions to enhance ROI
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years’ experience within the Microsoft ecosystem and at least 2 years working with Azure
• Strong understanding of Azure services, governance and optimisation
• Experience supporting cloud adoption, migration or transformation projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft procurement models and consumption strategies
• Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred
• A proactive, customer focused mindset
