The Opportunity
We are expanding our Disputes and Investigations team, which currently includes 15 partners and 28 associates. Based in Liverpool, this junior associate role offers exposure to high-value disputes across various sectors. The team handles financial and regulatory disputes, professional negligence, civil fraud, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate claims, serving clients like financial institutions, corporates, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
The role is ideal for someone eager to take on responsibility, develop their career, and contribute to business development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* UK qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
* Excellent drafting skills
* Experience managing client files and client contact
* Background in complex commercial litigation/arbitration
* Strong academic and technical skills
* Commercial mindset and business development interest
* Confident and personable demeanor
