Position: Area Sales Manager (East Yorkshire)
Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an experienced, driven Area Sales Manager to cover the East Yorkshire region.

Job Purpose/Objectives
Maintain and increase revenue in the territory by developing relationships with existing and prospective clients, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop trading relationships to grow sales and build a strong pipeline
* Maintain CRM for accurate client activity records
* Respond promptly to sales leads
* Meet or exceed appointment and meeting targets aligned with KPIs
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within pricing guidelines
* Negotiate contracts and agreements within set parameters
* Provide updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager
Person Specification
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
* Proven sales experience with influencing and negotiation skills
* Understanding of crane hire industry is advantageous but not essential
* High achiever with a goal-oriented mindset
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Construction sector experience is desirable
Skills and Abilities
* Effective proposal and report writing
* Delivering value-added client presentations
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of the sales process and closing deals
