About the role
Join us as a Shop Manager
You’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in store or online.
During a typical day, you can expect to:
1. Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards.
2. Drive performance through recruitment, training, development, and engagement.
3. Monitor wage controls, waste, and customer service standards.
4. Participate in food preparation and serve customers.
5. Keep the shop clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

About you
If you have experience as a Supervisor or Line Manager, delivering excellent customer service in a food-on-the-go or retail environment, and support an inclusive culture, this role could be for you.
