We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven remote Community Manager to join our vibrant team, home-based with travel supporting teams working in North Lincolnshire, West Northamptonshire and Calderdale.
As a Community Manager, you will lead and develop our specialist advocates delivering contracts in these areas. Your responsibilities will include working closely with vulnerable adults, often with profound and multiple needs. You will ensure clients' voices are heard and they are involved in decisions affecting their lives. By fostering strong partnerships with colleagues, clients, and professionals, you will provide high-quality support and guidance. Your role will also involve handling sensitive information, demonstrating inspiring leadership, and managing time effectively.
Hours of Work: Full-time: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
Location: Home based remote manager with some occasional travel to the areas of North Lincolnshire and West Northampton and the surrounding area. (Applicants must have a full driver's licence and access to their own transport )
Salary: Starting Salary £32,396 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Community Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in advocacy, information, and advice within health, social care, secure, or voluntary settings
Strong leadership and time management skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work independently and confidently on behalf of others
Full driver's licence with access to your own transport (travel expenses covered)
