The Music Royalty Company (MRC) works with independent record labels, distributors, publishers, and recording artists to handle royalty processing, financial management, and admin services.
We’re a fully remote team that values collaboration, innovation, and each other. Our mission is simple: make our clients’ lives easier by taking the complexity out of royalties and solving problems before they become headaches.
The Role
You’ll be part of a team working with a variety of clients, helping to simplify processes, offer advice, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly royalty reporting. You'll work with sales, financial, catalogue, and contractual data, but the real goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients.
We’re ideally looking for someone with around 5 years’ experience in music royalties, but we’re open to all strong applicants with significant experience who can demonstrate solid end‑to‑end royalties knowledge and have the confidence to manage complex royalty scenarios.

* Experience using Curve Royalty Systems
* Familiarity with tech and AI tools that streamline admin tasks
What We Offer
* Salary: £30,000-£35,000, dependent on experience, with annual bonus potential
* Flexible “core hours”
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional time off in December, usually around 2 weeks
