Due to the promotion of staff within our team we now have permanent positions available for the following two posts at Barton Moss Nursery. 36 hours x 1 18 hours x 1 Barton Moss Nursery is one of Salford s 5 fantastic local authority nurseries and are looking for competent, resilient patient and dedicated early years practitioners. We pride ourselves on looking after our staff and children. We offer a range of hours and these may vary depending upon location, but we do ask that you are available to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Although you are applying for a role at Barton Moss Nursery, on occasions, you may be asked to cover at one of our other settings located in Belvedere, Higher Broughton, Little Hulton and Winton. You will be expected to promote an inclusive environment that is warm, welcoming and stimulating in order to encourage the development of children to ensure they reach their full potential. You will Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage and contribute to development of plans to support the delivery of individual learning programmes for children. You will receive hands on experience and your own skills and experience will be a valuable asset to the team. We do ask that you have a relevant Early Years Qualification at a minimum of Level 3. About your development You will receive a full and comprehensive induction across all our sites along with access to the Starting Life Well training programme through which you will be supported to achieve a Paediatric First Aid Qualification within three months of starting with us. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months salary payments at a rate of 12.38 per month.
