Do you take pride in maintaining accurate data, robust processes and strong customer relationships?Are you looking for a role where your administrative support plays a key part in operational excellence?

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for an Operations Administrator to support our Segen operation at Medway. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, where you’ll provide vital administrative and quality support to the warehouse operation, helping to drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to 29,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts

What you’ll do on a typical day:

* Complete root-cause analysis for quality issues raised through customer quality logs
* Manage and raise transport-related claims, ensuring timely resolution
* Maintain and audit SOPs, SSOWs and training materials, raising non-conformances where required
* Manage the site training matrix, ensuring colleague training records are accurate and up to date
* Support general site administration, including order requests and operational hours checks

What you need to succeed at GXO:

* Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Visio desirable)
* A proactive, flexible approach with a focus on continuous improvement
