Retail Advisor – supporting customers in a fast‑paced environment, building genuine relationships and consistently meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate resilience by staying calm under pressure, thinking on your feet and adapting quickly to changing situations.
• Drive towards set targets and provide a high‑quality customer experience through empathy and expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
• No prior retail experience required – only a strong drive to succeed and confidence in yourself.
• This is a regulated role; applicants will be subject to a bankruptcy and criminal record check in addition to normal pre‑employment checks.
Working Hours & Compensation
• Stores operate 7 days a week. Working availability of 3‑4 days per week is required, flexibly aligned to store trading times.
• Pay: £13.66 per hour plus an on‑target commission, rewarding performance and drive.
