Pay: Bank hourly rate between £26.51ph – £35.35ph dependent upon shift & role type
At The Harborne Hospital we have a very diverse patient caseload supporting people with craniotomy’s, prolonged intubation, tracheostomy, cervical spine surgeries. The Therapies department is an ever growing team currently consisting of 1 full time physio and 1 part time dietitian and soon to be recruiting another part time physio. We are supported by bank physios and dietitians as well as OTs and SLTs. Opportunities for permanent positions will become available as volumes of patients increase, offering potential for further growth and development with support from our specialist SLTs at London sites.
As part of our Bank you’ll have first refusal ahead of agencies on a range of shifts across our network of leading private hospitals. It’s a fantastic chance to gain exposure to one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers while retaining flexibility over when and where you work. You can expect to work alongside leading consultants, expert colleagues and be recognised for the vital role you play within our team.
With this role there will be the opportunity to upskill in instrumental assessments (FEES and VFSS) and clinical supervision can be provided from the wider HCA team of SLTs.
