What Youll Do
As a key EICA specialist, youll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.
You will:
* Deliverinnovative EICA design solutionsfrom conceptual development to detailed design
* Createhighquality engineering outputs, including:
* Single-line diagrams
* Cable block diagrams
* Control system architecture
* MCC datasheets
* Load schedules
* Control Philosophies
* Act as atechnical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
* Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
* Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and providetechnical support on-site
* Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
* Managebudgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards
This is a role where your expertise and leadership directly shape outcomes.
What Were Looking For
A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.
You will have:
* A degree inElectrical Engineering(or related discipline)
* Experience in thewater, wastewater, or related sectors
* Expertise in:
* Electrical power systems
* Water treatment control systems
* Integrated system design
* Knowledge ofCDM, procurement processes, and document control
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A selfmotivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, highquality engineering
Desirable:
* Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
* Proven mentoring or leadership experience
* A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
