What You Will Do
* Lead and manage the design process for complex components, assemblies, and systems, ensuring they align with manufacturing capabilities and company standards.
* Act as the subject matter expert for pressure vessel design, including material selection, stress analysis, and compliance with industry codes such as ASME and PED.
* Produce high-quality sheet metal and fabrication drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
* Collaborate closely with production teams and engineering staff to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
* Develop and refine process flows and design procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy across projects.
* Provide engineering direction, lead design reviews, and mentor junior designers and drafters.
