Salary: Up to £75,167 p.a., depending on skills and experience

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Manager to join our Treasury team. The role will focus on risk and regulatory reporting, including the production and review of key policy documents.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and oversee daily and monthly risk reports, monitor key metrics against Board-approved limits, and provide commentary on variances.
* Manage the production of the Assets & Liabilities Committee (ALCO) pack, including minutes and actions from previous meetings.
* Produce regulatory reports and internal management information.
* Conduct regular stress testing analysis.
* Manage updates and reviews of our Financial Risk Management Policy and Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP).
* Support the Funding Plan and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
* Support treasury projects, including resource engagement and system upgrades.
* Ensure effective risk controls within the Treasury function.
* Manage regulatory returns and interpret guidance from regulatory bodies.
* Maintain accurate Treasury records in compliance with controls and procedures.
About You
You should have significant Treasury experience, preferably within financial services, with knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management techniques. A qualification in Accountancy, Audit, Treasury, or Finance is preferred, or you should be working towards one.
Skills and abilities include:
* Understanding of financial instruments and risk management.
* Knowledge of capital markets and funding instruments.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements for building societies.
* Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably ALMIS.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office for financial modeling and reporting.
* Strong interpersonal skills for presenting to the Board and senior leadership.
