A rare and highly sought after opportunity in the regional marine insurance market has become available to join a highly prestigious Insurance Broker as a Marine Underwriting Manager.
This role offers a lucrative package, including a base salary up to £85,000 plus bonus. You can be based anywhere across the UK.
As an Underwriter, you will typically have experience with brown water marine hull and/or Marine Trades risks, be able to advise on technical matters, and have built a strong network of regional brokers.
You are ambitious, seeking a challenging role, and value flexible working and trust from your employer.
In this position, you will lead by example, write profitable marine risks, and collaborate with a highly experienced broking team. You will work for a specialist firm with a strong reputation in the UK and European marine insurance markets, covering brown water marine businesses and marine trades, including boatyards, shipbuilders, marine equipment manufacturers, and commercial vessels.
