Key Responsibilities
* Assist in market research and analysis to identify suitable properties
* Support the team in preparing property marketing materials and client presentations
* Conduct property tours and inspections
* Help maintain and update property databases and client information systems
* Collaborate with senior team members on lease negotiations and transaction management
* Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing
* Analyse market trends and prepare reports
* Assist in coordinating with other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field
* 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant industry
* Strong interest in the Office Agency and Tenant Representation sector
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Desired Skills / Experience
* Commercial knowledge of Office Agency and Tenant Representation
* Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate
* Experience with financial modelling and analysis
* Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
* A strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work commitments
* The successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and hungry for success
