Create an inclusive classroom that encourages academic achievement. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning. What We’re Looking For: UK Qualified Teacher Experience teaching Art and design with some 3D elements Ability to differentiate lessons for all learners. We require the ideal candidate to have the following Essential skills and abilities: For a Lecturer role: it is essential that the candidate is a qualified teacher (we require either PGCE, QTS, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification) Experience teaching Art and design with some 3D elements Experience of assessments for BTEC level 1-3 and UAL Level 3 Complete the administrative work associated with teaching efficiently and effectively, including timely completion of registers Understand and comply with Safeguarding legislation and ensure that best practice is embedded in all working practices as required.
