We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to manage and reduce tenant rent arrears across our property portfolios. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with tenants, understanding the causes of arrears, and working collaboratively to resolve outstanding balances. This opportunity is based at our Exeter office and is a full-time, fixed-term position offering a salary of £26,000 per year.
