Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Key Account Manager based in Tipton, with flexibility for partial remote work. The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, building business plans, overseeing account operations, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves closely collaborating with customers to understand their needs, providing strategic solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include analyzing business performance, preparing reports, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Account Management and experience managing Key Accounts
* Proven skills in Business Planning and the ability to develop strategic account plans
* Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities
* Exceptional Customer Service skills with a customer-centric approach
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* Experience in the industrial products or manufacturing sector is a plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
* Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
