Become part of AAA's established & trusted brand We've been serving our members for over 100 years No Sundays - 37.5 hour work week Bi-Weekly Pay - Plus a Monthly Incentive Plan based on your individual performance Over 3 weeks of paid time accrued during the first year Complimentary AAA Premier level membership What we can offer you: Convenient Store Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM and Saturday, 9:00AM to 1:00PM An hourly rate starting at $17.00/hr., based on experience and location Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage 8 Paid Holidays Paid time off to volunteer Tuition reimbursement 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% The primary duties of the Tag & Title Clerk are: Process driver's license and vehicle registration applications Provide advice and answer questions on licensing and registration policies and procedures Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes Minimum Qualifications: Have a high school diploma/GED Previous experience in tag and title work is preferred Minimum of one (1) year of sales/customer service experience Have effective communication skills both written and oral Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferred Notary Public designation or the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employment Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job.
