Clifton College is seeking to appoint an exceptional and forward-thinking Deputy Head Co-curriculum for the Upper School. This is a key senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a vibrant, balanced and ambitious co-curricular programme that enriches the educational experience of pupils. Working closely with the Senior Deputy and fellow members of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will oversee the strategic development, organisation and delivery of activities across sport, performing arts, outdoor education and wider enrichment, ensuring a wide range of opportunities that inspire participation, achievement and personal growth. The opportunity becomes available as the current post-holder, Jeremy Mather, moves into the Director of Admissions role. The role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team of co-curricular leaders while managing major events, trips and the wider programme that sits at the heart of life at Clifton College. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher and experienced leader with a passion for holistic education, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ambition to drive continual improvement in the pupil experience.
