Key Responsibilities:
Process quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately
Build strong relationships with customer accounts
Follow up on quotes to secure new business
Manage supplier orders, returns, and non-conformances
Keep CRM data up to date
Support the sales team and contribute to process improvements
