Executive Director
We are seeking an Executive Director for the UK’s longest running queer arts and culture festival, celebrating its 20th year.
Responsibilities
* Lead the charity forward with innovative, ambitious, and inclusive leadership.
* Drive artistic and strategic development, building on legacy.
* Identify new opportunities for growth, implementing National Portfolio Organisation agreement.
* Oversee the charity and ensure compliance with Arts Council England.
Qualifications
* Natural leader who models expected behaviours.
* Substantial previous leadership experience in executive arts management roles.
* Experience working for an NPO with excellent relationship building and management skills.
* Experience in fundraising and income generation.
* Excellent at financial management and able to create, manage and interpret budgets.
* Knowledgeable about the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ people and communities.

Job Title: Director
Reporting to: Board of Trustees
Responsible for: 3 Employees, occasional freelancers, including artists
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week | 4 day week
Location: 2 days per week minimum from Liverpool office, home working
Notice period: 3 months
Vacation: 23 days annual + bank holidays (pro rata FT 28 days)
