We are seeking an experienced Admin & Stock Controller to join a growing team in Lambeg. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in stock control—ideally within the fire and security alarm systems industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, purchasing materials, processing sales orders, and providing essential support to both the sales and accounts teams. Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain stock levels
2. Purchase stock and manage cost-efficient procurement
3. Process and dispatch sales orders accurately
4. Forecast future stock requirements
5. Manage deliveries and resolve stock discrepancies
6. Maintain accurate records using stock management systems
7. Support internal teams with reliable data
8. Perform general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
9. Experience in stock control (fire & security sector desirable)
10. Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
11. Experience using stock software (Sage advantageous)
12. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
13. High attention to detail
