What you'll do?
Prepare and check aseptic products to ensure patient safety.
Contribute to the smooth running of our technical services, maintaining compliance with GMP standards.
Play a key role in delivering life‑saving treatments to our patients at WHH.

Main duties of the job
This post holder will provide an effective Aseptic /technical service by producing and distributing sterile parenteral medication in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) the standards required for the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and other National/Regional Guidelines in a timely manner to all wards at both sites at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals (WHH).

Person Specification
Qualifications
* oMaths/English GCSE or equivalent
* oNVQ level 2 Pharmacy services
Experience
* oExperience of working in an NHS hospital pharmacy setting.
* oExperience of working in an Aseptic unit or GMP facility
Knowledge and Skills
* oGood information technology skills
* oAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlines whilst paying attention to detail
* oKnowledge of GMP
