Job description: Role Title: Wealth Administrator Location: Cheltenham Contract: Permanent Hiring Manager: Ian Stewart Working pattern: Hybrid About the Role This is a varied role for an administrator to support the team of Planners and Paraplanners. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work flexibly to pick up a wide variety of tasks that are required through the day to allow us to provide our clients with the highest standard of service What youll be responsible for In this role you will be: Preparing documentation for Planners in advance of their client meetings, including requesting valuations and policy details. Request specific policy information from product providers, 3rd parties via email, telephone and online. Sending Letters of Authority (LOAs) to clients and tracking progress of policy information received. Working alongside Paraplanners to ensure they have sufficient policy information to compile advice reports. Liaise with providers and Paraplanners to prepare documentation for advice reports. Liaise closely with our centralised Financial Planning Administration team regarding new business submissions and ongoing cases. Responsibility for post-sale process for clients. Client contact via letters, emails and telephone. Pre-completing forms/documentation for sending to clients. Maintenance of client records (on Xplan) to ensure client data is up to date. Completing client workflows and tasks in XPlan in line with company policy. Working in line with company compliance processes and documentation requirements. Working alongside the investment managers and their teams, coordinating annual reviews for joint investment management and financial planning clients About you If you meet some of these criteria and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply Good attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
