Key Responsibilities:

* Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of conditions independently.
* Deliver home visits, face-to-face, and telephone appointments.

Main duties of the job

To act as an autonomous practitioner capable of working independently and collaboratively within the clinical team. The post holder will be an experienced, caring individual demonstrating highly developed clinical skills and critical thinking within their professional boundaries.

You will work with GPs and other primary care professionals to provide effective home visits and manage patients in your own clinic, liaising closely with the duty team.

You will demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and deliver expert care, including history taking, assessment, diagnostics, treatment, and evaluation. You will provide an alternative and complementary primary healthcare service alongside GPs.

You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policies and procedures. Relevant professional requirements for advanced practice must be met for this role.

You will primarily work at Budleigh Salterton, but as this is an ARRs role, you may be asked to work temporarily at other practices in the local area.
