Role Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment including lifts, escalators, dock levellers, DDLS systems, scissor lifts, gates, doors, shutters, compactors, balers, and pallet stackers.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
* Conduct inspections, testing, and certification to ensure safety and compliance.
* Accurately document maintenance activities using digital tools.
* Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure safety and minimal disruption.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance procedures.
Operational Skills:
* ONC or equivalent qualification.
* Recognized mechanical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2/3.
* Full driving license.
* Health & Safety awareness.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Office 365.
* Completion of relevant technical training modules.
Relevant Experience:
* Experience with access control and lift systems.
* Strong mechanical fault diagnosis skills.
* Familiarity with powered doors, lifting platforms, and compacting equipment.
* Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for workplace machinery.
