We’re looking for a proactive, safety‑minded and organised Warehouse & Logistics Operative to support our busy warehousing and transport functions. If you thrive in a hands‑on role, enjoy variety, and take pride in getting things right first time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Safely transporting goods between sites as a Class 1 HGV driver
2. Working closely with Logistics and Production to ensure fast trailer turnarounds
3. Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all equipment remains in legal, safe condition
4. Loading and unloading vehicles and dispatching components to Production with accuracy and care
5. Maintaining stock integrity through correct rotation, handling, sampling and cycle counting
6. Managing goods-in documentation and resolving discrepancies
7. Using SAP to confirm, pick and manage Transfer Orders
8. Keeping warehouse records up to date and supporting stock consolidation
9. Using MHE (once trained) including Counterbalance, VNA and pallet trucks
10. Deputising for senior operatives when required
11. Contributing to team and personal KPIs
Skills & Attributes
12. A clear and confident communicator
13. Organised, methodical, and able to follow SOPs
14. Computer literate and comfortable working with warehouse systems
15. A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
Education & Experience
Essential:
16. Valid and clean Class 1 HGV licence
17. Up‑to‑date CPC card
18. Numerate, literate, and comfortable using English
19. Previous warehouse experience
Desirable (but training available):
20. ADR certificate
21. MHE licences (Counterbalance, VNA)

This role is based at our site based in Folkestone, working 4 days on 4 days off, 12hr shifts with start times varying between 7am and 8am.
